Medical education, produced like a broadcast.
EventStudio produces studio, webcast, and live-procedure content for medical education — orthopedics, diabetes, and aesthetics — with the discretion clinical and pharma work demands. Based in the GTA, working across Canada and abroad.
What we handle
The production side of medical education — so your clinical and compliance teams can focus on the content.
Studio production
Green-screen and set-based studio production for faculty presentations, panel discussions, and pre-recorded modules.
Live webcast
Directed live webcasts for CME sessions, faculty training, and KOL discussions — a real director and stage manager on every session, not a self-run video call.
Live-procedure broadcast
Camera and broadcast production for live surgical and aesthetic procedure training, coordinated tightly with the clinical team's protocol and timing.
Confidential handling
Closed feeds, controlled access, and a crew accustomed to working around patient privacy, clinical protocol, and pharma compliance requirements.
Medical education content doesn't get a second take, and it doesn't tolerate a webcam feel. We scope the studio or venue, coordinate around the clinical schedule, and produce the session the way we'd produce any broadcast — with a director calling the shots.
A note on what we do and don't do: EventStudio is a production company, not a medical or regulatory authority. We don't review, approve, or take responsibility for clinical content — that stays with your medical and compliance teams. Our job is the studio, the broadcast, the camera, and the confidentiality protocol around all of it.
Who we've produced for
Facial aesthetics production is one of our core specialties.
Common questions
Do you review or approve the medical content?
No. We produce the broadcast — studio, camera, direction, and confidentiality handling. Content review and clinical/regulatory approval stay with your medical and compliance teams.
Can you produce a live surgical or procedure broadcast?
Yes — we've produced live-procedure broadcasts for facial aesthetics training, coordinated closely with the clinical team's own protocol and timing.
How is confidentiality handled?
Closed feeds, controlled access lists, and a crew experienced with pharma and clinical confidentiality requirements — specifics are scoped per project with your compliance team.
The studio
A small crew who has been in the booth for every kind of show there is.
