Live Streaming — Virtually Real

Your webcast, directed — not just streamed.

Virtually Real turns a flat video call into a broadcast: a director calling shots, a stage manager keeping the room on schedule, and graphics built for the screen your audience is actually watching. Based in the GTA, working across Canada and abroad.

How it works

Three things every Virtually Real broadcast has that a plain video call doesn't.

01 — Direction

A director calling shots

Live camera direction, cued transitions, and pacing — the difference between a broadcast and a webcam feed.

02 — Stage management

A stage manager on schedule

Someone keeping speakers, timing, and technical cues on track in real time, so the person on camera never has to think about the run of show.

03 — Graphics

Broadcast-built graphics

Lower thirds, branding, and on-screen graphics designed for the platform your audience is actually watching on — not a default template.

See it in action

Virtually Real turns a flat video call into a broadcast — the same crew, the same discipline, whether the room is a ballroom or a browser tab.

Where Virtually Real fits: hybrid corporate conventions and sales meetings (see Corporate Event Production), remote direction for events we can't be on-site for, confidential medical education webcasts (see Medical Education Production), and streamed or televised award shows and galas (see Award Shows).

Common questions

What's the difference between this and a Zoom webinar?

A webinar platform gives you a screen-share and a call. Virtually Real adds a director, a stage manager, and produced graphics — the difference between a meeting and a broadcast.

Can you direct a stream remotely, without being on-site?

Yes — directing remotely is one of the core uses of Virtually Real, for events where an on-site crew isn't practical or necessary.
